What if I want to change my order?
We aim to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, for that reason we usually are unable to cancel or change an order once it has been placed.Â
However, we always try our best to accommodate requests when possible. Contact us immediately at contact@yesugod.com. Please note, changes are not guaranteed.
What if I accidentally put an incorrect shipping address?
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we are not responsible for undelivered packages due to incorrect information.
If you made a mistake with your address, please contact us immediately at contact@yesugod.com. As we aim to ship out orders quickly, we cannot guarantee the correction.

What should I expect when ordering a backorder/preorder item
Each backorder/preorder items will include an estimated restock/ship date. If you've ordered both in-stock and backorder/preorder items, the in-stock items will be shipped separately from the backorder/preorder items.
What sizing do you use?
We use US sizing for all our clothing items. Please refer to our size chart for more details.
SHIPPING
How long does shipping take?
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing. Standard shipping takes approximately 4-8 business days for orders within the USA, UK, FRANCE, ITALY & GERMANY. For all other orders, it may take approximately 7-20 business days, varying by country.
Express shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout.
Will I be charged customs/duties?
Certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. We are not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any additional charges. We suggest checking with your local post office to find out if that applies to you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide and offer FREE international shipping on orders $120! International orders take approximately 7-20 business days to be delivered, varying by country.
How do I track my order?
Your tracking number will be provided to you in your order confirmation email once we've shipped out your order. Simply click here to track.
RETURNS
What is return policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All orders are final sale, unless received in a damaged or defective state. We offer store credit for select reasons, such as items that arrive damaged or defective.
We encourage all our customers to consider product descriptions and measurements to select the right fit. If you have any concerns or questions before purchase, don't hesitate to contact us.
Why is my package returned to sender?
There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address. Other instances include the package being unclaimed at customs.
My order arrived damaged/defective, what do I do?
If something arrives damaged/defective, contact us at contact@yesugod.com within 5 days of receiving the product.
